Hiring: Assistant Manager Insurance Sales

Location: Noida | Gurgaon | Lucknow
Role: Assistant Manager
Eligibility: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience; 5-6 years overall experience preferred

Maximum Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales for the insurance process.
• Handle and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Ensure achievement of revenue and conversion targets.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
• Track team productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience on paper is mandatory.
• 56 years of overall experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales / BFSI / telesales / direct sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with good sales and negotiation abilities.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
