Section II: Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Store team for procurement activities i.e. for receiving/ dispatching documents/materials and collection of materials to the satisfaction of internal customers.

Section III: Do - Key Activities and responsibilities of the role

• Assists the procurement team with dispatch, loading, inspections of materials
• Handles filing of documents related to procurement
• Assists the MM Team for all movement of files

• Timely completion of all responsibilities

• Qualifications: Intermediate/PUC
• Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of procurement/dispatch procedures
• Experience levels required to execute this role: E.g. 2-4 yrs of experience as a salesman in abc market
• Specific Experience: 4-10 years of experience in any construction/ manufacturing industry
• Over all Experience: 4 -10 years of experience
• Behavioral Skills: Good communication skills; Good listener and ready to accept views
