Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production planning, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines.
  
• Oversee granulation, compression, coating, and packaging processes to ensure product quality.
  
• Lead a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or process deviations using problem-solving skills.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (OSD).
  
• Pharmacy degree from any specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of CGMP regulations and people management skills.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities with ability to resolve complex problems quickly.
