Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Analyze performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rates, and first-call resolution to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in B2C sales or customer support role.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proven track record in team leading or handling responsibilities.
