Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage project sales of building materials such as ceramics, glass, granite, marble, plywood, tiles, and waterproofing solutions to clients in the engineering and construction industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-11 years of experience in project sales or a related field (e.g., construction chemicals).
• Strong knowledge of various types of building materials including doors, flooring (wooden flooring), furniture (lamination), curtain wall systems (PVCS), cladding systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets set by management while maintaining high levels of quality control.
