Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage primary sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to penetrate new markets or products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 1-11 years of experience in channel sales, dealer sales, distributor sales, or retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the building material industry and its various channels (primary & secondary).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
