Assistant Manager || Visual Merchandising || Retail

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and execute Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and standards across all retail stores.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation, store layouts, product displays, signage, and promotional communication.
• Plan and execute VM for new store launches, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Create attractive displays to enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Design, Category, Supply Chain, and vendors for timely execution.
• Manage POSM, VM assets, branding materials, fixtures, layouts, and execution trackers efficiently.
• Train Store Managers and Store Staff on VM standards and continuously improve store presentation and customer experience.
• Manage planogramming, store design and renovation projects, and digital screen content to ensure consistent brand presentation and an engaging in-store customer experience
