Assistant Manager -Visual Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

• To Follow the VM docket shared by HQ team and Plan the Window and In-store Display as per store requirement.
• Ensure better Instore ideas/concept for ASICS INDIA aligning with HQ team.
• Good Knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
• Responsible for supervision of window display implementation in all stores across the region in coordination with the vendors Vendor management.
• Sharing post execution pics within 3 days.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and stores team for timely execution for new Campaign.
• To closely monitor weekly store pictures & ensure the VM norms are followed in all stores across region.
• Weekly update on Store ppt.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and brand standards, ensuring consistent execution across all stores.
• Regular store visit to ensure that stores are following the Brand Guidelines.
• Provide store managers and staff with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising for new store openings, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Planning and Ordering VM material for new store opening.
• Creating Plan-o-gram and VM order sheet for all upcoming stores.
• Co-ordination with vendor and Travel to store for store setup.
• Monthly VM reports.
• Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and purpose of ASICS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 5-10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, including window design & Instore communication design.
• Degree in design from NIFT, NID or equivalent.
• Knowledge of current VM trends and technology.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conceptualize goals and objectives that conform to the company strategic plan.
