Assistant Manager - Vendor management

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external vendors for UPS, RF Injectors and other 3P/3PP equipment and parts.
• Monitor vendor performance, service activities and delivery timelines.
• Support inventory planning and forecasting for CT/MRI 3P items.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted service support.
• Coordinate with external service teams and vendors for timely availability of equipment and spares.
• Track vendor deliveries, service schedules and compliance.
• Prepare inventory, forecasting and vendor performance reports.
• Coordinate with Service, Procurement, Supply Chain and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management / 3P/3PP Management.
• Experience in CT/MRI or Medical Imaging equipment industry preferred.
• Good understanding of service spare parts and third-party parts procurement.
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
