Responsible for the Utility Equipment, BMS, compressor and ELV system
Core- Plant Utility like HVAC system, ELV System, Solar System and 220 KV Sub Station & distribution system
Key Responsibility Areas
Technical /Functional
Mandatory Desired: BE/BTech in (Electrical or I&C) : Knowledge of HVAC, ELV , BMS, compressor, sub-station
Mandatory Desired: 8 years to 12 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Food/ Beverage & pharma, Packing, Data centre, semi-conductor industry.
Suitable : Similar industry HVAC, compressor ,BMS , sub-station and ELV operation and maintenance handled with 8-12 years of experience.

Technical /Functional
- Ensure Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting & repair of HVAC system, CPM,CCTV,FAS,BMS, SCADA, Solar System, DG set, EMS , Compressor, switch yard and distribution system and facility system.
- Develop and execute maintenance operation system and lead the team for the robust implementation to deliver target KPI.
- Lead and motivate the team and ensure 100 % facility and maintenance as per plant requirement.
- In-depth Knowledge in standard, legal requirements, safety aspects of power ,ELV system, HVAC system and sub-station operation and maintenance
- Engage the team in technical training for operation and maintenance and support to project during installation and commissioning phase.
- Responsible for overall plant maintenance, utilities, facilities to reduce time and 100 % availability.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.

Job Context
- Ensure all the legal and statutory requirement fulfil for respective area.
- Maintain spare as per requirement and follow safety practices (LOTO, TBT, HIRA& EIA, Work permit) during maintenance work.
- Prepare scope of work for AMC and maintain record as per requirement.
- Daily and monthly MIS data collection and report preparation as per requirement.
- Implementing Continuous Improvement ideas and cost saving projects.
- In-House Repair of electrical and electronics spares.
- ShiftWise allocation of work and ensure timely completion during shifts and proper handover to next shift.
- Develop and maintain utility related documents as per standard requirement (IS/TS/IMS) and controlling and providing accurate data reporting.
