Assistant Manager - Utility (Hot Section)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle operation and maintenance of Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Steam & Condensate and Hot Water Systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted steam and hot utility supply to production.
• Monitor steam generation, pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and utility efficiency.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Manage boiler water treatment, chemical dosing and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
• Ensure safety, statutory, environmental and SOP compliance.
• Supervise utility operators and contract manpower.
• Drive energy saving, efficiency improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support audits, statutory inspections and shutdown activities.
