Position title: Assistant Manager – User Interface /User Experience Designer

Purpose of the Job: Looking for a passionate and hands-on UI/UX Design Specialist to support the design and enhancement of digital products and platforms. The role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centric experiences, translating business requirements into high-quality designs, and delivering execution-ready interfaces using modern design tools. Key responsibilities: -Design wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI screens using Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Invision, Axure RP, Framer, Zeplin, Abstract and other modern design tools. -Design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that simplify investment journeys and enable investors to manage their investments digitally with ease, confidence and zero friction. -Own specific modules/journeys within web/app platforms and drive continuous UX improvements. -Enhance and optimize existing digital journeys for improved usability and customer experience. -Collaborate closely with business, operations, marketing, legal and technology teams to deliver developer-ready designs. -Track and incorporate user behaviour insights / analytics inputs into design decisions -Apply UI/UX best practices, usability heuristics, accessibility principles, and interaction design standards. -Collaborate in sprint cycles, UAT feedback, and iteration loops. -Support & enhance conversational user interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-led interactions) to deliver seamless user-centric experiences across digital platforms. -Support Tier 2/3 or assisted user journeys with simplified UX thinking. (Mandatory) -Good understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. -Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines. -Ability to create clean, modern, developer-ready designs with attention to detail. -Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment. -Exposure to AI-powered design tools or AI-enabled user experiences will be an added advantage. Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp: -Graduate/Postgraduate in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related specialization. -0–2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant academic projects/internships can apply). -A strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency is mandatory.
