Assistant Manager, Band B

Educational Qualification:

Qualification : CA Intermediate

Experience:

• Minimum 04 years (Post Qualification).
• Experience into Invoice Processing/vetting of invoices/payment to vendor.
• Should have good compliance knowledge (TDS, GST)
• Experience in Government/Autonomous/PSUs will be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Job Profile

• Vetting of invoices as per terms and condition of contract(s).
• Settlement/processing of invoices for payment to vendors.
• Checking/reconciliation of payment made to vendors.
• Calculation of GST/TDS as per the govt law.
• Calculation of penalties as per SLA of contract(s).
• Auditing of payment released to vendor(s).
• Projection of quarterly/yearly fund requirement.
• Preparation monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS on payment released to vendors
• Coordinating with financial division of UIDAI for payment and account management.
• Working in close coordination with team to remain aligned with the work and requirements
• Good interpersonal skills
• Other tasks assigned by UIDAI Officials from time to time
