Assistant Manager - Ground Transport Operations

Responsibilities

• Delivery of client satisfaction
• Ensuring all the KPI's are met
• Managing the team on a daily basis and addressing the issues
• Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue in a timely manner
• Monitoring the daily operations and reporting
• Achieving safety aspects
• Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported
• Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met
• Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met
• Ensuring no deviation on the firm's contractual compliance is met, i.e., trainings and onboarding processes, etc.
• Ensuring deviations or non-compliance are reported
• Ensuring all the firm required reports are prepared and published on a timely basis
• Ensuring the data are maintained and archived
• Ensuring the data secrecy: monitoring the data secrecy parameters are met by the entire team
• Putting best practices in place
• Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you will work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the KRA are being met
