Assistant Manager - TPA Billing @ Apollo Spectra - Chirag Enclave

Role & responsibilities

• Handling the empanelment for Insurance Companies and TPAs.
• Manage Insurance cashless pre-authorization /claim submission (day to day operation)
• Supporting Insurance & Cash billing department
• Credit receivable follow ups and update the same to the higher officials.
• Pre-Investigate all claims documents before dispatch to the Insurance companies
• Manages patient queries
• Maintain credit MIS / Claims tracker sheet
• Providing Finance counseling to the patients
• Maintain updated hospital data
• Finalize Doctor payout

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory sector experience: Hospitals / Healthcare / Life Sciences.
• Compensation as per the industry standard.
