Assistant Manager -TOYOZ

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service in the retail store.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Achieve sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and supervise store staff to maintain service standards.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 4-10 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in toys or lifestyle products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
