Assistant Manager- Tender

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track government, institutional, and private tenders relevant to orthopedic products.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, QA, and Management for tender requirements.
• Review tender terms, eligibility criteria, product specifications, EMD, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, pricing, quotations, and supporting documents.
• Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status.
• Monitor tender results, purchase orders, and contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in medical devices, orthopedics, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of government/institutional tendering processes and portals such as GeM/e-procurement.
• Good Excel, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
