Assistant Manager - Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Technology service management i.e. dealing with vendors on T & M or managed service basis.
• Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for any IT/ Infrastructure/Procurement related requirements.
• Interface between business and technology teams to arrive at technical solution and document the same.
• Evaluating the best industry practices followed and identify the various process improvements / automation initiatives.
• Co-ordination with software vendors, internal operation team, IT-Security, Networking, IT-Datacenter, Software- Development s etc. on operational and strategic requirements related to Technology.
• Working closely with IT Security and various Technology teams to get key updates from Compliance point of view, closure of VAPT observations and other issues highlighted / reported by business teams.
• Knowledge in managing IT/ Technology audits.
• Knowledge on Cybersecurity tools like SIEM, PAM, DLP etc.
• Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle and coordination with business stakeholders/ Technology teams for timely completion of the UAT and other related activities.
