Position: Assistant Manager – Technical Sales

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales and develop new business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Manage client relationships, leads, quotations, and RFQs.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
Develop solutions for robotics, IoT, and electronics applications.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical workshops.
Lead and support the sales/application engineering team.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA in Marketing/Technology Management.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product sales.
Knowledge of robotics, IoT, electronics, or prototyping platforms.
Experience with technical demonstrations, RFQs, and solution development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Experience leading a small sales or application engineering team.
