At Nido Home Finance, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Taxation to join our Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end Direct and Indirect Taxation while working in a fast-growing financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Direct Tax compliances including Advance Tax, Deferred Tax, TDS reviews, and TDS return filings.
Handle Income Tax assessments, scrutiny notices, and tax-related departmental queries.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
Conduct GST reconciliations and monitor Input Tax Credit (ITC) compliance.
Support GST and Income Tax audits, assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare tax MIS reports and assist in month-end/year-end financial closing activities.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.

Having experience of only Indirect Taxation can also apply.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant
2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tax Audits, and Assessments
Experience in NBFC/HFC/BFSI sector will be preferred
