• Designing & implementing various talent management programs for different Talent groups like Hi-potential identification, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Talent Profiles, career paths etc

Talent Analytics & Insights:

• Utilize HR data and analytics to assess talent trends, identify risks/opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on talent metrics, succession readiness, and engagement.

Leadership Development:

• Design, manage, and measure leadership development programs tailored to emerging and senior leaders.
• Facilitate leadership assessments and development plans to strengthen leadership pipelines.

Assessment & Development Centres:

• Design in-house customised ADCs for different talent groups
• Design and govern the development journey of these talent groups and enable their career growth

Campus Engagement & Development program:

• Design and implement development journeys/plans for campus trainees.
• Implement and govern these development plans with proper effectiveness metrics
