Job Summary

Job Title / Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and market mapping.
• Screen and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and drive closures within agreed timelines.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations and onboarding activities.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements.
• Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance and quality of hire.
• Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• MBA (Regular) Human Resources or related discipline.

Requirements

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Experience

• Required Experience: 2 to 5 Years of experience
