Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
  
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
  
• Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and headhunting) to build strong candidate pipelines.
  
• Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
  
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
  
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
  
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Excel dashboards, and MIS reporting.
  
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
  
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  
• Experience: 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
  
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.
