Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing processes.
• Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through end-to-end recruitment efforts.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment.
