Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and identify relevant talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely position closures.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate closure.
• Hands-on experience in closing manufacturing/plant/technical positions.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
