Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition across assigned corporate functions, with a strong focus on sales and commercial hiring.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, manage interview processes, and drive positions to closure.
• Support critical leadership hiring through market mapping, talent research, and competitor mapping with the Head HR.
• Own recruitment operations and candidate experience from screening through offer, negotiation, closure, and pre-joining.
• Build the TA engine through recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratio.
