Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition (Tech)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various levels, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Hire for technology positions across Software Development, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other IT functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment turnaround time, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end IT hiring across multiple technology skill sets.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience in stakeholder management, candidate negotiation, and offer management.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver against hiring targets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
