Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition ( Non IT)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions and positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and competency fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback, and overall candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
• Monitor recruitment TAT, closures, source effectiveness, and hiring reports.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure accurate updates in the HRMS/ATS.
• Support employer branding, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
