Risk Management

• Risk monitoring & reporting
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) through Risk Champions and triggers; track risk trends and control effectiveness.
• Produce regular risk reports and dashboards for management and the board; escalate material risks promptly.
• Maintain and periodically update the enterprise risk register.
• Facilitate risk assessments with business units and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Risk governance, Analytics & continuous improvement.

Internal Controls & Governance

• Design, implement, and evaluate internal control frameworks.
• Perform periodic control testing and effectiveness reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor closure of audit observations and control deficiencies.
• Support management in strengthening governance practices.

Systems & Process Controls

• Review business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure adequacy of system controls, workflows, approval matrices, and segregation of duties.
• Participate in SAP/System implementation, upgrades, and control assessments.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and recommend control enhancements.
• Monitor key system-generated reports and exception management processes.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support compliance certifications and management representations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare risk and control dashboards for senior management, Risk Management Committee, and Board Committees.
• Analyze trends, control failures, and risk events.
• Develop MIS reports and key performance/risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs).

Educational Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance) /CMA
• Professional certifications preferred:
• CISA
• CIA
• CRMA
• FRM
• ISO 31000 Risk Management Certification
• Certified Internal Auditor

Experience

• 25 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Governance roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, financial services, or large corporate environments preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA.
