Assistant Manager - Stores

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic internal candidate for the position of Assistant Manager – Techno Commercial.
The role will be responsible for supporting techno-commercial activities, including commercial evaluations, vendor management, contract administration, cost optimization, stakeholder coordination, and business process improvements.
The incumbent will act as a bridge between technical and commercial functions to ensure effective project execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage techno-commercial evaluations and support procurement activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project and operational requirements.
- Review contracts, commercial terms, and vendor performance.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and business analysis for management review.

Procurement and sourcing processes,Contract management and commercial documentation,Vendor development and performance management,Negotiation and commercial settlement skills

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant experience in technical, commercial, procurement, project coordination, or operations functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of contract management, commercial processes, and business operations will be preferred.
