Assistant Manager - Store Planning

Key Responsibilities-

1. Retail Asset Management:
• Maintain the asset register for all stores, warehouses, and the Head Office.
• Track asset transfers between stores, new store openings, and Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Coordinate with vendors for the installation and repair of store equipment.
• Conduct periodic physical verification at Asset DCs and stores to reconcile any discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute budgets for upcoming store locations.
2. MIS & Retail Analytics:
• Maintain comprehensive MIS reports, including store-wise inventory movement.
• Consolidate data from asset DCs.
• Track stock aging, asset utilization, and vendor Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Build and maintain trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
3. Store & Vendor Coordination:
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between corporate teams and pan-India stores for asset requirements and issues.
• Coordinate new store setups, including asset checklists, vendor follow-ups, and handover documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of asset invoices, complete with proper Goods Received Notes (GRN) and vendor payments.
