Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communications.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and talent availability.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in bulk and niche hiring.
• Understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
