Assistant Manager - Spare Parts - Automobile (DR Congo) Africa

The said organisation is into Sales & Service of 2 Wheeler and 3 Wheeler of a prominent Indian Brand in the MENA and African market. Looking for Assistant Manager - Spare Parts to drive business of the spare parts sales in the assigned Zone of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Candidates with Spares Sales experience in Automobile (is must have experience) and with Africa experience shall be preferred. OEM experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify Spares Potential
• Network Expansion & Engagement Stockiest & Retailer
• Analyze, Plan, Guide the team members & Monitor Activities covering all Key Business influencers/ Stake holders ( Stockiest, Retailers, Fleet Owners, Mechanics & Riders )
• Study & Devise Stockiest & retailer scheme for business growth
• Initiate Demand generation Activities
• Implement & Ensure Adherence of SOPs - Standard Operating Procedures
• Sales Process implementation
• Stock Audit & Claims
• Order Preparation
• Maintain Healthy Inventory to reduce Sales Loss
• Team Competency Building : Train his team member to improve their Selling Skills & Approach
• Ensure 90% of his team members are achieving KPI
• Case Studies : SWOT and generate Sales Pitch to promote parts. To Evaluate competition & generate Sales Pitch to promote parts
• Build good rapport with Fleet Owners & Associations ( Rider & Mechanic Associations)
• Accomplish Organizational goals & Initiatives within timelines with Accuracy
• MIS : Shall maintain MIS, Analyze Data, Identify & Initiate corrective actions swiftly to meet Organizational Goals
• Focused Approach on Customer Satisfaction & improve lead tim

Experience

• 6+ years of Working experience in spares sale with any Automobile Manufacturer Preferably with 2 wheeler & 3 wheeler OEMs or Vendors

• Preferences:

1. One who has good Exposure on wholesale markets of India and has good repo with large distributors.
2. One who has worked in multiple vendor companies that together attribute to 80% of parts being supplied for 2w or 3w.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech/ Diploma, MBA
• Proficiency in English ( Written & Verbal )
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Power point & able to use Functions to Analyze large data sheets like VLookup, Pivot tables, using logical formulas etc )
• Shall have Hands on Experience to train & Solve dealer discrepancies
• Must have exposure & hands on experience on Demand generation activities
• Must have ability to work on ground to do On Job Training to team & convince dealers for sales
• Must possess good Knowledge Technical, Functional, Sales & Marketing
• Shall be soft spoken & should follow Communication etiquette with verbal & written with all stake holders, inter department & customers
• Must have good Health condition & Fit to travel
