Assistant Manager - Sourcing Excellence & Digital Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing.
  • Identify manual processes and implement automation opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and digital systems within sourcing.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deploy scalable digital solutions.
  • Create and maintain sourcing MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Standardize sourcing processes, governance mechanisms, and operating procedures.
  • Support implementation of automation, analytics, and business intelligence projects.
  • Build scalable digital frameworks that strengthen sourcing operations.
  • Drive change management and capability building across sourcing teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Analytics, Digital Transformation, Automation, Consulting, Supply Chain Analytics, or Sourcing Excellence roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to AI, automation platforms, or workflow optimization tools is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
  • Experience in Retail, Fashion, Supply Chain, or Consumer businesses will be an advantage.
