    About this role

    Job Summary

The Manager, Sourcing, Candidate Engagement, and Technology provides leadership for a team of Sourcers, Candidate Engagement Specialists, and TA Analysts responsible for mining candidate databases, identifying qualified talent, applicant flow analysis, recruiting funnel reporting, and operational insights across divisions.

The role ensures the team reinforces consistent data and process standards, supports business hiring priorities, gathers accurate source-system data, builds recurring and ad-hoc reporting, identifies meaningful performance variances, and packages findings for weekly applicant flow reports and Monthly Operating Reviews MORs.

The Manager oversees daily work allocation, quality, timeliness, and team performance while partnering closely with the US Retained Team, enablement partners, and business stakeholders. The team builds the underlying analysis and reporting; the US Retained Team reviews the outputs, adds business context, and presents insights to leadership. Success requires strong people leadership, analytical judgment, communication skills, process discipline, and the ability to translate recruiting data into clear, actionable insights.

    Responsibilities

    Talent Identification Database Mining

    • Lead the team in mining the applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management database using the Job Recommender System and other approved sourcing tools.
    • Ensure qualified candidates are identified based on role requirements, available profile data, prior applicant activity, and defined sourcing criteria.
    • Oversee the addition of new candidates to the database and reinforce accurate, complete, and timely candidate-record maintenance.

    Talent Pool Candidate Slate Management

    • Direct the organization and ongoing maintenance of qualified candidate pools aligned to priority roles, divisions, and hiring needs.
    • Ensure passive sourced candidates are organized into appropriate folders within the CRM and delivered as curated candidate slates to recruiters and sourcers.
    • Review candidate lists for relevance, quality, duplication, and readiness before handoff to the US team.

    Candidate Engagement Warm-Lead Preparation

    • Oversee approved communications to qualified candidates to gauge interest and connect responsive candidates with recruiters.
    • Ensure the team filters and prepares warm leads so US recruiters and sourcers can prioritize high-value voice outreach.
    • Monitor candidate responses, pool activity, and handoff outcomes to support continuous improvement in sourcing effectiveness.

    Applicant Flow Analysis Reporting

    • Oversee the collection and validation of application volume and recruiting funnel data from approved source systems.
    • Direct the creation of pivot tables, custom reports, dashboards, and role-specific PowerPoint presentations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the weekly applicant flow performance report and Monthly Operating Review materials.
    • Review analysis for significant variances across divisions, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Highlight divisions demonstrating strong performance and surface best practices for further study and potential scaling.

    Team Leadership Work Management

    • Manage the daily activities, priorities, workload, and deliverables of the Candidate Engagement Specialist team.
    • Set clear expectations for quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and completion timelines; monitor progress and address delivery gaps.
    • Coach, motivate, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and on-the-job guidance.
    • Balance recurring reporting obligations with ad-hoc data requests and changing business priorities.

    Stakeholder Partnership Communication

    • Collaborate with the US Retained Team to ensure reporting outputs are complete, accurate, and ready for contextual review and leadership presentation.
    • Partner with the enablement team and participate in review meetings to explain findings, clarify methodology, and support follow-up actions.
    • Communicate trends, material variances, reporting risks, and delivery status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests with appropriate prioritization, accuracy, and stakeholder follow-through.

    Data Quality, Process Continuous Improvement

    • Maintain consistent reporting definitions, documentation, and quality-control practices across recurring and ad-hoc deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering, reporting, and presentation processes while improving reliability and usability.
    • Promote appropriate handling of confidential candidate, employee, and business information.
