Job Summary

Yugap Wellness is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Social Media Assistant Manager to independently manage and drive the company's end-to-end social media marketing activities. As a growing startup, the candidate will be responsible for building the brand's digital presence, developing engaging content, managing social media platforms and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, paid campaigns and the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Independently manage all social media activities, from planning and content creation to publishing, engagement and performance analysis.
• Create engaging content, reels, videos, stories, carousels and creatives aligned with current social media trends.
• Must be camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera, with the ability to actively participate in and present engaging Reels, videos and promotional content for the brand.
• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, viral content formats and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, collaborations and branded content.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to improve brand visibility, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate product photoshoots, video shoots and creative campaigns for brand promotion.
• Write engaging captions, content copies and brand communication.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads and other key metrics.
• Explore innovative marketing ideas and trending content formats to strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms independently.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, content strategy, video marketing and social media algorithms.
• Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in influencer marketing, paid promotions and campaign management.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and social media analytics tools.
• Strong creative thinking, content writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of social media activities in a startup environment.
• Experience in Nutraceutical, Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG or D2C brands will be preferred.
