About this role
- Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Site Progress Monitoring – Track daily/weekly site progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify delays or deviations.
- Resource Planning – Plan manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources required to meet project milestones.
- Coordination with Site Teams – Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Safety, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution.
- MIS & Progress Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and other planning-related MIS.
- Delay & Risk Analysis – Identify critical activities, monitor project risks, analyze delays, and develop recovery/action plans.
- Subcontractor Planning – Monitor subcontractor schedules and productivity, ensuring activities are completed as per agreed timelines and project requirements.
- Planning Tools & Documentation – Prepare and update WBS, look-ahead schedules, resource histograms, and other planning documents using Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel.
