About this role
- Assistant Manager - Site Engineering to lead on-site execution of new and retrofit showroom projects across India. The role will be responsible for overseeing Civil, Interior, and MEP works, ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, and coordination among stakeholders.
- The incumbent will manage daily site activities, monitor progress through structured reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), and actively participate in design and site review meetings. Key responsibilities include resolving design clashes in coordination with architects and consultants, supervising vendors, maintaining quality standards as per approved drawings, and ensuring proper measurement verification and documentation.
- B.E. - Civil (preferred). 10-12 years of experience in construction, retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction, interiors, and MEP works. Willingness to stay and work at project sites in South India.
