Job Title: Assistant Manager Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with strong agri-domain expertise strategic marketing, channel management, and market development skills.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc.(Agriculture)/ Msc(Ag) Agronomy or Plant Breeding
• MBA in Agribusiness Management from a recognized institute Preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 08-10 years of experience in seed marketing

Age Limit:

• Preferably below 40 years

Key Responsibilities:.

• Develop and expand a robust channel partner/distributor network in target and potential markets.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor insights, and farmer preferences to formulate effective market penetration strategies.
• Drive market development initiatives in emerging geographies to expand brand footprint and customer base.
• Oversee and ensure timely product placement and inventory planning across supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for demand forecasting and supply alignment.
• Design and implement effective after-sales service models for farmer engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor and drive sales performance, liquidation of stocks, and revenue growth across regions.
• Organize and supervise field promotions, product demos, farmer meetings, agri-expos, and seasonal campaigns.
• Mentor and lead Sales Assistants / Area Marketing Executives, building a high-performing marketing team.
