About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hospital security operations and security manpower.
- Ensure safety and security of patients, attendants, staff, doctors, visitors and hospital assets.
- Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, parking and critical areas.
- Handle security incidents, theft, patient absconding, disputes and emergencies.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, security agencies, police, fire and other authorities.
- Conduct security rounds, inspections, drills and staff briefings.
- Maintain security records, incident reports, MIS and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI and safety requirements.
- Identify security risks and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage outsourced security manpower and monitor performance. Qualification Experience:
Graduate preferred with 5-7 years of experience , preferably in hospital/healthcare security management.Key Skills:
Leadership, manpower management, crisis handling, incident investigation, CCTV/access control, emergency response, communication and coordination. ","
