Core Resposibilities
- Manage VRPM & Cement Mill operations and optimize process parameters.
- Achieve production and cement quality targets with minimum power consumption.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance and breakdown resolution.
- Lead the grinding team and ensure effective manpower utilization and training.
- Ensure safety, environmental compliance and dust control.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with QC, Dispatch, Packing Plant and Maintenance for smooth operations.
