Role: Assistant Manager - Sales
Level: Level 6
Department: Sales
Reporting To: GM - Sales
Job Location: Mumbai or Pune
1. Key Deliverables
- Proven experience in technical sales and marketing of PP compounds, particularly for automotive and injection moulding applications.
- Good understanding of filled, reinforced, and specialty PP compounds, mainly sustainable/PCR-based PP compounds.
- Experience in working with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and electrical appliance and furniture manufacturers.
- Strong knowledge of material selection, application development, and customer approval processes.
- Ability to work closely with R&D and customers to develop application-specific compound solutions and manage customer complaints.
2. Education
BE/B.Tech in Polymer Technology or Plastic Engineering.
3. Experience
3-6 years.
