Assistant Manager - Sales

Overview

Responsible for investigating pricing disputes of BENELUX, arrive at resolution to pricing disputes by conducting RCA interacting with various stakeholder groups and ensure positive contribution to BNL's P&L.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of pricing disputes of OT and AFH customers of BNL.
• Compare pricing disputes with pricing conditions set up in SAP ECC.
• Validate the pricing disputes.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups across GCC and BU.
• Work towards quick resolution of Pricing disputes.
• Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes.
• Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes and impact on P&L.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of working on SAP ECC (preferred)
• Knowledge in AP/AR Claim Processing (preferred)
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel
• Transformation Mindset to lead micro automations for process improvements

• Team player
• Good communication skills
