Assistant Manager- Sales

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager- Sales will drive B2B field sales for EuroHSD's industrial door and docking solutions engaging directly with clients, architects, PMC firms, and consultants to generate business, close orders, and ensure smooth order execution.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable EuroHSD door and docking solutions.
• Prepare and share accurate, timely commercial offers; negotiate terms and close orders with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, logistics) to track each project through execution and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Plan and organise business development events and engagements for clients, architects, PMC firms, and consultants to build the sales pipeline

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong B2B/field sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, building products, or capital goods.
• Excellent negotiation, client relationship, and order-closing skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with production and dispatch teams.
• Proven experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging architects, PMC, and consultants.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
