About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
2. Identify new customers, industries and market opportunities.
3. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts.
4. Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
5. Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
6. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
7. Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
8. Study competitor activity, pricing trends and customer requirements.
9. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance reviews for management.
10. Handle customer complaints and coordinate their timely resolution.
11. Guide and support junior members of the sales team.
Additional Required Skills:-
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
Good commercial understanding and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, sales reporting and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.

Subhasri has a fully automized manufacturing facility to manufacture Phthalocyanine range of pigments. We are also proud to announce that Subhasri is the first company in the world to have a complete ZLD copper phthalocyanine crude manufacturing facility.
