Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Develop new customers and expand business with existing customers.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and commercial offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer queries/issues.
• Conduct customer visits, business meetings, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Analyse automotive market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other business requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Support sales targets, profitability, and overall business development.
