About this role
- Drive sales of IVF equipment, including microscopes, CO2 incubators, micromanipulators and laminar flow systems, across the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, IVF centres, fertility clinics, laboratories and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve business closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products in coordination with the application and technical teams.
- Coordinate with service and application teams to facilitate product demonstrations, resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans, maintain sales forecasts and submit regular sales and activity reports.
- Maintain updated customer records, sales pipelines and business opportunities in the CRM system.
- Plan and undertake regular customer visits and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications:
- Science graduate (B.Sc./M.Sc./Biomedical Engineers/Biotechnologist)
- Experience selling IVF equipment, laboratory Instruments, research equipment or scientific products to hospitals, fertility clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories or research institutions will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 3 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, laboratory instruments, scientific equipment or healthcare products.
