Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales IT

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive sales automation initiatives, implement Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) solutions, and improve sales operations through digital transformation, data analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Automation & Digital Transformation

• Implement Bizom SFA and DMS across distributive channels.
• Identify sales processes that can be automated to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate sales automation tools with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee testing, training, and rollout of automation solutions to ensure effective user adoption.
• Collect business requirements and coordinate UAT for new modules.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Develop customized dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts.
• Generate and circulate key reports on performance, system usage, and business metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage automation tools, predictive analytics, and AI to support data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder & System Management

• Drive user engagement and adoption through periodic feedback and training.
• Coordinate with vendors to identify and resolve system bugs.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for new users.
• Support system operations, ticket management, SLA monitoring, and master data management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of DMS and SFA systems used in FMCG companies.
• Hands-on experience in sales automation and digital transformation projects.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of L1/L2 support processes, ticketing tools, SLAs, and master data management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management Systems (DMS) used in FMCG companies.
• Hands-on experience in sales automation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in Bizom SFA/DMS implementation, user adoption, system integration, and vendor coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Understanding of ERP integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), L1/L2 support, ticketing tools, SLA management, and master data management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate system rollouts, user training, requirements gathering, and issue resolution.
