Assistant Manager Sales- B2C

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage dealer network expansion by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with distributors, and increasing market presence.
• Develop and execute strategies for secondary sales growth through effective dealer handling, product promotions, and distribution management.
• Oversee retail channel sales performance by analyzing market trends, setting targets, and providing guidance on merchandising strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of channel sales principles, including dealer channel management and distributor relationships.
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with key accounts and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
