Assistant Manager- Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic andresults-driven FCL Sales Manager to drive Full Container Load (FCL) freightsales. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven trackrecord in international logistics sales, and the ability to develop andmaintain strong client relationships. The role requires proactive businessdevelopment, pricing strategy alignment, and end-to-end coordination of clientshipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new FCL business opportunities throughcold calling, networking, and market intelligence.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual salestargets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships withimporters, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

Generate and present proposals, quotations, andnegotiate rates with clients.

Coordinate with operations, pricing, andcustomer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates,space availability, and market trends.

Provide market feedback to internal teams torefine pricing strategies and service offerings.

Maintain CRM records, update customerinteractions, and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

Existing client base in the FCL import/exportsegment.
